These are the rules we used to have in our alliance when HEH was the leader. 

Every guild has it's own guidelines and rules. What we seek with alliance is a friendly and nice spirit, where we all get along with each other. Here are couple of requests to members of alliance:

• Keep the alliance chat out of vulgarity and constant bad language, please.
  
• No spamming please :)
• About trading, you can ask few times about items (selling/buying), but preferable move into whispers soon after that (to avoid trade spam).
  

What we courage everyone to do:

• Try to remember to say hi when you log in, its nice and polite :)
• Feel free to announce your game activities  and ask players to join you in them.
